Wanda and I are having lunch at Books & Books on Lincoln Road. As per my normal practice, I'm eating off the vegan portion of their menu. But I'm not a vegan... by any stretch. I even eat beef, when it's good. So why vegan here? Simply because it's tasty! The bottom line is this: if you want people to do things that are good for them, entice them to do so; don't shame them into it. We have little tolerance for shame today, but have a high tolerance for enticement!
